Residential District

The aesthetically designed residential districts will provides its residents a due sense of completeness of life by offering an ambience of the offering of communal living. Our residential district is served with a central park equipped with pedestrian pathways and cycling tracks surrounded by lush green lawns, children play areas and mom’s gossip areas.

The club house is equipped with fully serviced dining, lodging, boarding rooms and fitness and wellness centers, sports facilities, Amphitheatre, meet and great spaces, read and gossips area, supermarket, necessity shops, and an elegant mosque.  All of its planning revolves around warranting ease of access by ensuring that even one of the farthest point will reach the destination via pedestrian pathways, and cycling tracks in a matter of not more than five minutes.

Commercial District

The logically designed commercial district on 150-feet boulevard connects the Lahore South with North and Central.  Our Commercial Districts comprises of ample spaces absolutely customized for brands, retail showrooms, eateries, banks and enterprises offices. This is a space dedicated for the first planned high-rise mix use tower in Lahore South.

Keeping in mind the fact that commercial areas are always consumed by retail businesses, commercial banks, and eateries, the MIDCITY commercial District is purposely designed to facilitate design aesthetics of local and global brands by considering and incorporating the expert views and opinion of design experts known to design by the philosophy of “customer first”.
The MIDCITY commercial District aims to be the future “High street of Lahore South”.

Our Journey

MIDCITY started off as a premium concept by Sheliz Aplam. When we first decided to pursue our interests for a luxurious community, we had to make sure that MIDCITY became a unique brand and a benchmark for others to follow. For this reason, we strived day and night in efforts to make it one of the top notch communities of Lahore.
